Dr. Raktim and his partner, Dr. Tamanna, did a very good job. I had never visited a dentist before, so I went in without any particular expectations. But based on my experience with doctors from different specialities, I found something different about them. At the end of the day, doctors are professionals, and patients are paying for their time, service and expertise. There is nothing wrong with that. However, some doctors sometimes make patients feel as though patients are asking for a favour rather than paying for a professional service. But this Dr. duo genuinely take time to explain things and make you feel heard. One thing that particularly stood out to me was their professionalism and consideration for patients' time; at least with me. If they are delayed because they have spent extra time with another patient, they acknowledge the inconvenience. That level of courtesy is surprisingly rare in the medical community.
